Using Meta Business Suite:
Open Business Settings: Go to
https://business.facebook.com/ Find the Ad Account: Under "Accounts," click "Ad Accounts." You should easily locate the deactivated account if you have few accounts. Use the search bar or filters (Owned by self, unhide closed accounts) if you have many accounts. Once found, click on the deactivated account.
